The Firebirds Wood Fired Grill was opened in the year 2000 in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is inspired by the bold flavors and tradition of live fire cooking in the West. At first, it is called as “Rocky Mountain Grill” and later it changed its name as Firebirds Wood Fired Grill. This food chain has received many number of awards in both local and national levels.
